Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cloud space limit?
The cloud space limit refers to the total space that can be used for the cloud-based favorites, recycle bin, and cloud attachments.
For SVIP users, there is no pixel limit when exporting data to CAD.
What are VIP upgrade & downgrade policies?
Upgrade policies: Exchange rate: $1 = 300 QubiMap Coins. Minimum service period: 1 quarter. When you upgrade to a higher-level VIP, the remaining time of the current VIP will be converted proportionally and added to the new VIP plan. Example: If you are VIP with 6 months remaining and you upgrade by purchasing 1 year of SVIP, the new service period becomes SVIP (1 year + 2 months), since 6 months of VIP = 2 months of SVIP.
Downgrade policies:
- If the remaining time of a higher-level VIP is more than 15 days, downgrading is not allowed.
- If the remaining time is less than 15 days, you may choose to downgrade, but the remaining time will not be converted.
What are device binding policies?
Each VIP account is for personal use only and cannot be used to log in simultaneously on multiple devices. A maximum of 5 devices can be bound to each VIP account. The first 5 devices you log into will be automatically bound to your account.
What are enterprise server access policies?
VIP users can access the enterprise server. A VIP user can authorize a maximum of 3 devices to connect (1 PC + 1 mobile device+ 1 additional PC or mobile device) to the enterprise server. Simultaneous access is not allowed.
How to use offline VIP authorization?
Each offline VIP license can be bound to only one device. This authorization is based on a unique code linked to the device hardware. When the authorized offline device reconnects to the Internet and you log in with an QubiMap VIP account, the original VIP status is replaced by the new VIP status. After logout, the offline VIP status is automatically restored. If not, you can reauthorize the device by using
the original offline code (the hardware must remain unchanged).
Why do I need to check device codes before purchasing?
On some devices, the device codes may change frequently due to the compatibility issues, making VIP binding invalid. Before purchasing, please ensure that your device maintains a consistent device code after each startup. You can check the device code in the VIP management section. If it changes each time, do not proceed with the purchase.
